Destiny Kinal River Loop Trail
The Sayre River Corridor trail is located at the north end of Sayre’s Gene Paluzzi Memorial Riverfront Park. The formal trail, since renamed the Destiny Kinal Loop Trail in honor of Carantouan Greenway’s founder and former Executive Director Destiny Kinal, is a quarter-mile loop along the Susquehanna River. The remaining trail system, used for decades by local residents, runs north along the Susquehanna River and Cayuta Creek, following the flood levees. Parts of the trail cross private property, for which Sayre Borough has negotiated easements, but please respect landowners’ rights.
